There are signs in the Duke buildings saying “Aggressive behavior will not be tolerated.” I was about to test how aggressive.
We got here at 7:00.
John had blood drawn at 7:40.
We saw the doctor at 8:15.
We should have been on the list ready for treatment at 8:30.
They finally called us back at 11:15!
Thankfully John gets to sleep the entire time but our day is 50% longer than it should be.
